Wakatii ("we", "us") provides operational software for multi-site businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect information you provide directly (such as your name, business, email and phone when you contact us), operational data you enter into the platform, and limited technical data (such as device and usage information) needed to run and secure the service.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is enforced by role at the database level, and the service runs on managed, monitored infrastructure with regular backups. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the platform, or where required by law. Where you connect Wakatii to other systems (for example your accounting software), data flows according to your configuration.
