These terms govern your access to and use of Wakatii. By using the platform, you agree to them.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Wakatii for your business operations, subject to these terms and any order or agreement we sign with you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the actions of users on your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for managing the roles and permissions you assign to your team within the platform.
You retain ownership of the operational data you put into Wakatii. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period.
We work to keep the service available and supported, and we deploy and support it with you directly. Specific service levels, where offered, are set out in your agreement with us.
To the extent permitted by law, Wakatii is provided "as is", and our liability is limited as set out in your signed agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
